Dedecker Sculpture
Background:
Dedecker sculpture studio creates beautiful pewter sculptures, both miniature and life sized. The company needed an innovative web site design to show off their sculptures. The client also requested a timeline of her life that showed her development over the years, and highlighted successful sculpture pieces.
Results:
Onit Solutions consultants were brought in to retrofit the existing web design into flash, and perform flash optimization techniques to make the site load quickly over a 56k or broadband connection. Onit Solutions also custom created the timeline portion of the site, which allows a smooth scrolling look at Jane Dedecker's milestones and accomplishments. Local development partner Six88 was creating the database and client management portion for the Dedecker Gallery, and Onit Solutions worked with them to tie the site into the backend portion of the system.
