Challenges:

In late November 2004 InvestorLoft.com, then called CJ Portal Solutions, approached Onit Solutions with an idea for, what they described as, "EBAY for real estate investors, but with an educational and analytical component". They wanted to address the gaps in the real estate investment marketplace regarding real estate investor education and the process of locating, evaluating, financially analyzing, buying and selling real estate investments.

In November 2005 InvestorLoft.com was already a world-class real estate investment resource with a healthy member-base and experiencing Onit Solutions results to the "Beta-Release" of the technology Onit Solutions developed to effectively fill aforementioned gaps in the real estate investment marketplace.
