Network Marketing Pay Plan Level 1

Background:

The challenge was to explain a relatively complex pay plan that had been confusing members since the company inception (nearly 2 years!). The company had tried multiple methods of explaining their commission structure, and their customer service department was still flooded with calls and emails from confused affiliates. On top of this challenge, Onit Solutions needed to make the movie enticing to potential new members, with a motivational marketing spin.

Results:

Onit Solutions worked with the company to learn the ins-and-outs of the pay plan, and master how commissions flowed through their system as affiliates reached different levels of the company. After intensely strategizing on the voice over script, a rough storyboarding session showed that the multimedia imagery would be key to getting the message across to the viewer.

Not only did our movie eloquently animate the structure of the pay plan, but we also scripted in crucial examples to drive home the concepts.

In all, the client enjoyed an increase in new member signups as a result of clarifying how they will get paid, and furthermore the customer support costs were drastically reduced as a result of this movie.

Important Note:

All the network marketing movies shown in our multimedia portfolio were contained on a CD-rom in an easy to navigate interface. The interface allowed a CD viewer to pause, rewind, or fast forward each movie to facilitate discussion, or review key concepts. Company reps could purchase customized CDs that would stream in the rep's contact information and ensure that any signups from the rep's CD would be credited to their downline. The movie has been compressed for optimal play over the web.
